Progreso Community Center is pleased to announce that Ms. Kimberlee Cooper is the new Executive Director of our community-based organization effective January 3, 2017.
Ms. Cooper is committed to continuing the work that our organization has been doing for over 10 years to organize and build the capacity of members of the Hispanic community to participate in participatory processes of community action for social change and the collective benefit of the Hispanic and the general community, while contributing to social unity in a context of multicultural diversity.
Our next wave of English classes will begin on January 17th. We will offer basic classes on Mondays and Tuesdays, intermediate classes on Wednesdays, and conversational classes on Mondays. All classes are from 7 pm to 9 pm, and we allow children to attend class with you! If you or someone you know would like to enroll, call the Center today!
